CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers indicate that Lily Winters (Christhel Khalil) is ready to reclaim her life back in Genoa City. After dealing with one hell of a year, the beautiful brunette is ready for a clean slate, both professionally and personally. However, she might end up hitting a few roadblocks before that happens. Here’s what you need to know.
As many ‘Young and the Restless’ fans already know, Lily spent a lot of time behind bars for killing Hilary Curtis (Mishael Morgan) in a tragic car accident. To make things worse, Hilary was pregnant with Devon Hamilton’s (Bryton James) child at the time. While in prison, Lily realizes that it was time to make some significant changes in her life. She pulled the plug on her marriage to Cane Ashby (Daniel Goddard) and said that she wanted to move as far away as possible from Genoa City.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Here’s What Fans Can Expect Next From Lily Winters
That moment didn’t last very long for Lily, as she was forced to come back home after the death of her father. Thankfully, she’s also been given an opportunity to start over as she will be helming Jill Abbott’s (Jess Walton) new company, Chancellor Communications. It’s the fresh start that Lily so desperately wants and needs right now.
However, this new venture is going to be anything but a smooth one as Lily will find herself clashing with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) in more ways than one. They might be on friendly terms right now, but that is all about to change. Of course, The Young and the Restless fans will have to tune in for all of the action!
