TLC ’90 Day FiancĂ©: Before The 90 Days’ spoilers finds that recently Geoffrey Paschel has been going after vloggers and websites for using the content from his IG lives without permission and watermarking it. Technically, he can do that because it is his content and no one should be allowed to watermark it as their own without his permission. But now he’s taken to compromising people’s actual freedom of speech. Recently Deavan Clegg from 90 days the other way started commenting on his content, specifically his live with Trisha Paytas.
However the second Deavan started commenting and it wasn’t exactly what Geoffrey wanted to hear, then Geoffrey started coming for Deavan. Now, Deavan was not stealing and reposting his content, she was not profiting off of anything Geoffrey had done. Rather she was just offering some commentary on  what she thought on the situation as a whole. Think about that for a second, our number one amendment in the US is the freedom of speech and Geoffrey is trying to come for somebody for having an opinion. I’m sorry Geoffrey but it looks like as someone who has passed the bar you would know that.
TLC ’90 Day FiancĂ©: Before The 90 Days’ Spoilers – Okay Geoffrey, that’s enough.
Also there is no documentation (so far) to back up Geoffrey’s claims of passing the bar. According to sources there is no Geoffrey Paschel on the Tennessee state bar. Unless he passed it under an assumed name or perhaps in another state then I think Geoffrey is mistaking passing the bar for maybe passing the practice test. You have to have a law degree to pass the state bar, and he does not have it. However I think he can take an LSAT practice exam online but that is not and should never be mistaken for thr actual, real bar exam which I am pretty sure is given in real life by an exam proctor.
What I’m getting at is Geoffrey is trying to come after people under false pretenses. Breathing a word of dissent in his name gets you slapped with some kind of legal something or other. So I am proposing that we instead use a symbol for Geoffrey’s name. Perhaps the good ol standby of Peacock Eyebrows! That would be instantly recognizable and integral to Geoffrey’s brand and since it is not his name then no one could be sued and perhaps everyone could rest easy at night knowing that ol’ Peacock Eyebrows can’t come after you, because he’s not being referenced by name. Seriously, he needs to chill. Stay tuned!!!
