CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that things are getting really scary for Sharon Newman (Sharon Case). Over the last month or so, she’s been doing chemotherapy to try to shrink cancer. She’s been doing everything she’s supposed to, but the other day she got the news that it wasn’t working. The next stage was going to have to include an operation.

This has been devastating Sharon, but her daughter Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind) tells her that maybe it’s better. She was so tired and sick from the chemotherapy. If Sharon just wants the cancer out of her, maybe surgery is better, and they can move on with their lives. This, of course, has sparked a lot of rumors and outcomes, even right here on this site. Though, I don’t think it’s possible they can kill Sharon off the show.

CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: They Can’t Kill Off Sharon And Here’s Why

They can’t kill her because it would be a huge slap in the face to the viewers. Not just the casual viewer though, but women across the world who watch this show and may be suffering from breast cancer. They (or possibly you) are watching this looking for strength and hope! To kill Sharon on the show would be killing hope from women across the world!

They will though, keep showing how hard of a road it is. Sharon had her first set back with the chemotherapy not working. Don’t worry though, this is just a setback. She will keep fighting and showing people that there’s hope, even if the first thing doesn’t work. Viewers have even been saying that actress Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) should earn an Emmy for her performance of a mother with breast cancer! Not only would it kill hope for people, but they would also lose a lot of viewers! Either way, it wouldn’t make sense for them to do it. What do you think? Are they going to keep Sharon on the show? Let us know in the comments below.
