CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Melissa Ordway (Abby Newman) has been staying fit and active while stuck inside during the coronavirus. Most of us have been hanging out indoors for the last month to try to avoid spreading or catching the illness, leave a lot of us screaming at the windows. Luckily for Ordway, she has a cheerleading squad to keep her motivated.
In her Instagram post, she said, “My little personal trainers… but like Olivia said “we’re getting tired of this” ?.” The video, which is less than a minute long shows Ordway doing situps while one of her daughters lays next to her and another coaches her from her feet. Although, it sounds like Olivia is burned out!

The comments on it are pretty nice, ranging from “No wonder you look amazing,” and “Great job keeping fit while off work!! Motivates me, as well ???,” to “I know what you mean. I can’t wait to get back to the gym?.” It’s a perfect video to motivate us to get our things done as well, whether it be a quick workout or that project we’ve been meaning to do!
We got to see plenty of Ordway today on ‘The Young and the Restless’ as well! We see her character, Abby is tormenting Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford). Since Phyllis stole the hotel out from under them, Abby thought it’d be fun to build a bigger, better hotel just across the street. The construction and noise are terrorizing Phyllis and her business! We saw business flooding out the doors and the construction echoed through the building. Looks like Abby has the upper hand now.
