TLC 90 Day Fiancé spoilers: Before the 90 Days finds that Stephanie Matto has gotten a lot of backlash for how she appears on the show. She is part of the first ever same-sex couple in franchise history. She has been accused of making up the story about not being out to her family and friends. She has claimed that this is her first bisexual experience, but after looking at her YouTube channel, she could be lying about that. There are even fans of the show that are not quite sure just how much she loves her girlfriend, Erika Owens. There have been a lot of unanswered questions with her and now she is talking to fans and defending herself.

TLC 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days – Is She Being Honest on the Show?

When 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days first aired, we met Stephanie and she did say that she had dated women before. She did say that she never told anyone in her family about it because she was unsure of how they would react. Her mother was the person that she said wouldn’t take it the best, so she has kept it from her. When fans of the show started to learn more about Stephanie, they found the infamous YouTube video called “I was in Love with a Girl/My First Bisexual Experience.” This seems sketchy because about 70,000 people have watched it and what if one of them was her mom or has she kept that a secret from her too?

Stephanie has had it and she took to social media to tell fans exactly what was on her mind. She wrote, “My final time addressing this. First of all: this is NOT a coming out video. Nowhere in this video did I come out. This was a video about an experience I had with a girl I thought I was in love with. My mom never watched my channel 3 years ago when I made this. I’ve made videos about anal sex, dildos, and all sorts of things she has NO interest in.

This video was also buried in over 3 years worth of videos. I recently made it my main page because obviously the cat is out of the bag now and I figured I would share it now for all the naysayers who would try to say, ‘she was bo for the show.’ Unfortunately it has completely backfired because now people are assuming my parents not knowing is a fake storyline.” Stephanie also added that talking about her sexuality isn’t something that all people feel comfortable doing and it is not easy for her to do with how her parents are. We are glad that she is opening up more about this and we will have to keep watching her on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days on TLC at 8 p.m. EST on Sundays.
