Telemundo Operación Pacífico spoilers reveal Ernesto Vargas (Christian Tappan) might be fired, but he’s not done causing trouble. In recent episodes, a Mexican official working on the orders of Rodolfo “El Guapo” Espinosa Roldán (Julio Bracho) brought the corrupt Major to Mexico. It was a gift from Guapo for the excellent work he did in taking care of some loose ends recently. But, is Vargas already regretting accepting the invite? And will Gabriel Pedraza (Mark Tacher) take him down? Let’s look at how things went down.

Telemundo Operación Pacífico Spoilers: First off

Let’s start with a quick FYI. This episode wasn’t supposed to air. Instead, the Spotify Awards were to be on last night. So, if you are wondering what happened? We have no idea. The awards got moved last minute, in any case, and the episode went on. If you didn’t get to see it, you can check the show’s Telemundo page.

In the Thursday, March 5th episode, we saw Vargas arrive in Mexico to a warm greeting. He’s being treated as some great official who can help them so much. Right. In private, however, his contact upset him by dismissing the report he wrote and suggesting he use his time in Mexico to enjoy the sights. It seems he wasn’t expecting to be treated as a tourist instead of someone “working” for them. We wonder why, as he’d known this was all connected to Guapo. Even if he did the report for appearance’s sake, he should’ve realized no one would do a thing with it.

Telemundo Operación Pacífico Spoilers: The complication

When he arrived, he ran into Pedraza, who was shocked to see him there. He and Amalia Ortega (Majida Issa) have suspected Vargas of corruption. This led him to complain to a superior, who was Vargas’ contact. This case is going to get insane. While Pedraza might be controlled for a time, he made such a scene, we’re sure someone there had to hear what he said. And we think Pedraza will be wise enough to make sure Lupe Romero (Cynthia Alesco) learns of his suspicions, even if they manage to lock him up for his own supposed corruption. Operación Pacífico spoilers hint at plenty of trouble ahead, though.

Telemundo Operación Pacífico Spoilers: The future looks a mess

So, Pedraza has walked into the Lion’s Den. Operación Pacífico spoilers indicate not only is he being set up, but Vargas was instructed to kill Pedraza while he’s in the country. And we’re wondering if confiding in Lupe will be enough to save him. See, she was with Pedraza until she dumped him. She’s also showing a lot of remorse for that decision, but he’s informed her it’s too late. He’s already got someone else (Amalia) in his heart and can’t get her out his mind. Here’s what we expect.

Pedraza invited Amalia to come to Mexico to help. This is not going to be received well by her. Why do we think that? A FB Watch video gives a little background information on the character, and the last bit is telling. It promises that her emotions will get the better of her and make her commit the “worst mistake of her life.” Could she end up selling him out in her jealousy? We’ll have to tune in and find out.
