Telemundo La Doña spoilers indicate a surprising turn of events. Ricardo Vidal (Eric del Castillo) has messed with the Rainbow case from the beginning. Sure, he was a bit reluctant at first, but he did take the money and possibly made the search for the killers take a lot longer than it needed to. But in the Wednesday, March 4th episode, he had a change of heart. Kind of. Here’s what you need to know.

Telemundo La Doña Spoilers: The game changer

So far, the case has been hard to crack. La Doña spoilers reveal Lucho Navarrete (Bernardo Flores) has been a top suspect for a little while. Unfortunately, there’s been little evidence to back this up. Thanks to that, and José Luis Navarrete’s (David Zepeda) influence, he’s stayed out of the cops’ hands. That changed when Noelia Molina (Paola Fernández) woke up and named Lucho as her attacker. Now, they have a solid witness statement to go on. And it looks like even the money-hungry Vidal can’t ignore this.

Telemundo La Doña Spoilers: Permission to proceed

Vidal’s corrupt, but he’s not stupid. When León Contrera (Carlos Ponce) brought this information to him, he allowed León to request a warrant for Lucho’s arrest. He knew he can’t withstand the blow he’d take if he ignored such damning evidence, and, again, he had issues helping to start with because of the nature of the case. La Doña spoilers reveal these are people who torture and murder women. But he did warn that he can only protect León from anyone in the station messing with his investigation. What happens outside those walls isn’t up to him. León didn’t care about the cost.

Telemundo La Doña Spoilers: Man on a mission

This is personal for León. He believes Lucho also killed his son, and is determined to bring him to justice. Whatever that may ultimately mean for him. We think that’s another reason Vidal caved. He did seem to genuinely feel bad about what happened. He just also like that money. But the fact he’s willing to help now shows another side to Vidal. One that is far more likeable, and we think this who situation can be a redemption for him. At least, we hope so. This complicated character has potential.

As for the future, we believe Vidal will face some pushback from José Luis at first. No matter what, Lucho is his son. It’ll take hearing from Noelia’s own lips his son attacked her to believe it. Until then, he’ll fight tooth and nail for his kid, and that will lead to headaches anyone in his way.
