CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) is looking to take Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) down. Since his visit to Kansas with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan), Adam has been convinced that Victor had something to do with a murder that took place there when he was a child. His childhood friend, Alyssa Montalvo’s () father A.J. is the man he killed, a loan shark who had Adam’s stepfather Cliff Wilson killed and was going to come after Hope and the farm.
Scared, Hope called Victor and he dealt with it. Either by doing it himself or hiring someone else to do it, he was responsible for the death of A.J. Montalvo. Okay, yeah it sounds terrible. However, A.J. could’ve hurt Hope or Adam like he had Cliff. Victor kept them safe by doing what he did. Shouldn’t Adam be a little thankful?

CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Shouldn’t Adam Be Thankful For Victor?
Victor could very well be responsible for keeping Adam alive or at least not seriously injured when he was a child. It’s not like Victor felt like killing someone and flew to Kansas, to the same town his son lived and killed a guy who was connected to them randomly! The least Adam could do, is even if he has something to leave it alone. What does he have to gain from it? You may say the company, but even if he tried to blackmail Victor, I don’t think he’d succeed.
Hey Victor, remember that murder you were involved in 25 years ago that I have some evidence on and that you could probably make go away? Yeah, well I want your company! Victor would laugh in his face. Even if Victor didn’t have a way out, I see him going to jail and keeping his company safe rather than signing it over to Adam or making him CEO. It’s ridiculous. The man kept you safe, accept it and repay him! What do you think? Shouldn’t Adam be thankful that Victor protected he and Hope? Let us know in the comments below.
