CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) may let Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) fill in at Newman Enterprises until Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) recovers. Would this lead to a power struggle in the future? If Adam gets to run Newman Enterprises, and Victoria wakes up and wants to assume her role again, there’s a good chance Adam wouldn’t step down.
Adam has been very different lately. Especially at the Newman Anniversary Gala. He noted how he and his father haven’t always seen eye to eye but hopes they can get to know eachother better. As well as all his siblings. This forces a smile across Victor’s face, however, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) all exchanged glances of confusion.

CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Future Power Struggle For Newman Enterprises? Adam Vs. Victoria?
This is assuming Victoria makes it through of course. Although we aren’t even sure Victor will appoint Adam, it’s still an interesting what if. Probably one of the most probable outcomes as well. Victor wants to continue his retirement with his wife Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and have time to see Victoria. He’s already stepped out once to check on the business and Nikki was not happy about it.
If Adam assumes power, it’s unlikely he’d want to give it up ever. This could all be part of his grand scheme to get into the position. When/if Victoria makes it through this, she will have another fight on her hands, with her brother. This time it won’t be life or death but for her livelihood. Who knows how long Victoria will be out of commission even if she does make it through. It could be plenty of time for Adam to sink his claws in on the company. What do you think?
