CBS ‘The Bold And The Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers finds that Katrina Bowden who plays Flo Fulton, recently took to her social media to say that she got some bad news for her dentist. Apparently she has to get gum grafting done, and that’s going to take at least four surgeries to get done. Yike!!! What causes this? As it turns out, she grins her teeth and clenches her jaw too hard and brushes her teeth too hard. Recently she posted a picture of herself on instagram detailing her bad news from the dentist and let’s just say this, most of us are wincing in sympathy.
One commented recommended celery juice, which Katrina was a bit skeptical of because celery juice has not had any proven gum growth properties, at least not to my knowledge. Someone also recommended a mouth guard at night when she sleeps but Katrina said she had had no previous luck with them, that she practically removes them in her sleep. That takes some talent.

Apparently she also needs another botox injection for TMJ, when a follower commented asking if that method works for TMJ she assured them that it did, and that she had done it about a year ago, but that unfortunately it wears off. Personally, I have never heard of using botox for TMJ, so I guess you learn something new every day.
Will this affect the taping of B&B? Well, we don’t know yet! I’m pretty sure that Katrina has her own schedule covered and that it won’t, or else we might be hearing about that but when she mentioned all this in her instagram post she didn’t mention anything about filming so I guess since they tape things in advance all the scenes that she needs filmed have already been filmed, at least we can hope so for her sake. I wouldn’t want to be filming love scenes a day after dental surgery but maybe there’s a way they can get around that. There’s camera angles and lighting and body doubles if we really want to get technical. We wish her a speedy recovery!
