‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers for January 8th, 2020 indicate that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) just ruined things between himself and Hope Logan (Annika Noelle), he asked her to marry him which would have been romantic enough all on its own. But then he let his insecurity shine through by demanding that she cut all ties with Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) which not only includes her work collab with him but her deal to be Douglas Forrester’s (Henry Joseph Samiri) new Mom as well. Hope might have come around to ending the work collaboration but doing a heel face turn on Douglas was a no-go. He’s innocent.
‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ for January 8th: Hope is not giving up Douglas
She will argue that if Thomas is as dangerous as Liam thinks he is, then someone should be there to look out for Douglas. It’s not that Liam minds Hope being a part of Douglas’s life but being legally tied to the Forrester coan is another deal entirely. He doesn’t like that part of it. So he will stand his ground on this issue and when Hope decides that she is going to put up a fight, that’s when Liam will walk out the door. He is so 100% done with all of this. This will of course leave a brokenhearted Hope in his wake. And Thomas? Hoo boy is he going to have a fit when he realizes later that Liam tried to get Hope to cut him out of her life entirely.
‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ for January 8th: Thomas focusing on someone else rather than Thomas for a change? What?
The thing is he won’t really be caring about himself all that much at the moment, instead he will be focused on little Douglas Forrester. He will be outraged that Liam would demand Hope gove up her position as Mom and now the feeling of who’s the master manipulator will be turned on its ear. No doubt this is going to turn into a confrontation between Thomas and Liam at some point. We just have to wait for the when.
‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ for January 8th: Ridge wants STEAM
Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) will totally butt in and voice his support for a STEAM reunion. He wants to see daughter Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) with Liam, not Hope. Steffy agrees and would probably gladly step in if Liam were single but she will be reluctant to get on the STEAM train again. At least, that is until Thomas finds a way to egg her on later on in the week. Will the winner of the fashion show take home more than just the glory of their line being front and center at Forrester? Stay tuned!!!
