'Young and the Restless' Spoilers: Hunter King (Summer Newman) Celebrates A Huge Milestone!

‘Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers indicate that Hunter King (Summer Newman) has a reason to celebrate this week! That’s because she’s been on the hit CBS soap for seven years now. Here’s what you need to know.

‘Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Hunter King (Summer Newman) Celebrates A Huge Milestone!

Hunter made her debut back on October 15, 2012 and ever since then she’s managed to make waves as the spunky, sometimes manipulative but always in search for love Summer Newman. With a father like Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and a mother like Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), it’s not like Hunter is a young woman that can be ignored in Genoa City, right?

Even though she’s made quite a lot of missteps in the past, romanced all the wrong guys and sometimes even gets herself in trouble, Summer has always managed to stand her ground. Her relationship with her parents and even those around her might not be perfect, but Summer is determined to prove to everyone that she’s a Newman who has just as much drive and determination like the rest of the family.

Y&R Spoilers: What’s Next For Summer Newman

Hunter King’s performance has won her plenty of recognition throughout her daytime television career so far. She was nominated for the Young Artist Award for Best Performance in Daytime Television Series but lost out to Samantha Bailey. The talented young actress was also nominated for the Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Younger Actress in a Drama Series in 2013. She won the award the following year in 2014 and again in 2015. She was again nominated in 2016 and 2017.

We have a feeling that we are going to be seeing much more of Hunter King on the canvas in the coming months. It might soon look like fall and winter in some parts of the country, but in Genoa City it’s always sizzling like Summer, right?
