‘Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, July 31 find Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) surprising everyone with her latest move. Also, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) takes a step back with Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) while Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) gives Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) a stern warning.
‘Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Wednesday, July 31: Making All the Right Moves, It’s the Phyllis Show In GC!
It begins at Crimson Lights were Jack is telling Adam that Christian should be with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), as he’s the only father the little boy has ever known. Adam doesn’t agree but Jack tells him to use his visitation rights to get to know his son. He also says that Adam and Nick need to come up with a compromise to benefit the boy, as he’s who matters the most here. Back at home, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) has noticed that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) isn’t sleeping again. She wants him to get professional help.

At Nick’s apartment, Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) tells him that he’s quitting the investigation. He says that Adam has gotten into Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) head and that Adam even taunted him about Sharon. Rey says that it’s time for him to find a new job.
Theo stops by the Dark Horse and sees Phyllis. She’s consumed by business, which leaves Theo irritated. Phyllis says that her deals are important and that they can change everything for her.
Back at Crimson Lights, Rey tells Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) that he would like his job back. He misses being on the force. Rey says that he’s learned his lesson and tells him that he broke up with Sharon. Paul gives him a second chance but warns him not to mess things up.
The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Kyle Fears Issues With Lola
Phyllis arrives at Nick’s. She tells everyone that Dark Horse has divested most assets to a shell corporation. Phyllis explains that she’s teamed up with Victoria simply because she wants a fresh start. She wants to make amends and that she wants to do what’s best for the two of them. Nick agrees.
At Chancellor Park, Adam is upset with Victoria for not taking his phone calls. He thinks that she’s trying to block him from seeing Christian. Victoria says that she will look at her calendar and see what she can do.
At Jabot, Jack and Kyle talk about the wedding. Kyle is worried that Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle) will be disappointed because her mother won’t be there. Jack tells him not to panic and that everything will work out fine. Billy then appears. Phyllis then comes flying in with an offer. She hands the men a proposal and Jack thinks it’s too good to pass up. They make a deal. Billy then opens up to Jack about his issues and Jack suggests that he get professional help before things get worse.
