General Hospital (GH) spoilers indicate that Ava Jerome (Maura West) is feeling no shame about avenging her daughter, and we may just be seeing the beginning of some big problems for a certain recently-married couple. If you missed the action, let’s get to a few highlights in today’s General Hospital recap.
General Hospital (GH) spoilers: Working overtime
Ava’s court appearance is today, and we’re sure that poor Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) is gonna be putting a lot of hours into this. He did, after all, have to call in reinforcements just to keep her from proudly declaring her guilt. Ava doesn’t care what he’s got to say or do, so long as she’s free in the event that Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) survives. He really wants her to stop saying such things, and is visibly relieved when she keeps her word to plead “not guilty”. Facing off against Margaux Dawson (Elizabeth Henderickson), he requests bail be set. Margaux had no real objections to the request, as she believes Ava isn’t a flight risk, or a danger to society at large.
General Hospital (GH) spoilers: No deal
Speaking of Ryan, Jordan Ashford (Brianna Nicole Henry) is having a really hard time dealing with the idea her life depends on having a piece of a serial killer inside her. We sort of can’t blame her on that one. Laura Webber (Genie Francis) understands her feelings on this, but encourages her to look at it as if she were still getting Kevin Collins’ kidney. She’d had no strange feelings about that, and they’re identical twins, after all.
Meanwhile, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) is upset that Ryan is hemming and hawing over giving consent. After all, why should he save a woman who’s been bent on taking him down all this time? We knew that was coming. Curtis, for some reason, didn’t and is furious. Ryan’s willing to negotiate, however. He wants his freedom in exchange for the kidney. When Jordan finds out about this, she balks. She is not going to let a man like him off, even if it means not getting that life-saving transplant.

Curtis later approaches Hamilton Finn (Michael Eastman) with an idea. There are a couple ways they could be going with this, and one would make Jordan want to kill her hubby.
General Hospital spoilers: More harm than good?
Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) wants to get Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) back home at all costs. She can’t stand to see her friend hurting, and her own personal experience has her wondering if the WSB would be more interested in getting Dante just functional enough to work, and not enough to reclaim his life at home.
Peter August (Wes Ramsey) can see her point, but he’s worried that meddling will only make Dante’s situation worse. In the end, he goes along with trying to help. We can’t. These people have good intentions, but dang. Let’s stay out of situations involving severe PTSD and programming, please.
General Hospital spoilers: Enough
Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) are at it again. Robert’s not a Peter fan at all, or about the idea of him possibly visiting Robin Scorpio-Drake (Kimberly McCullough). He thinks that that need to get to the bottom of whose child he really is: Anna’s, or Alex Marrick’s. Anna doesn’t think this makes a bit of difference, as Peter is still family regardless. Plus, he and Robin are getting along and she sees no reason to go digging any further. Robert disagrees, but she tells him to drop it already. She is not going to have him making this situation worse. He suggests that it may come out anyway, should Alex decide to cause some extra trouble.
Also today… JaSam are back on track, as Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will be moving back in, now that Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) no longer has to play the obedient cult member.
