The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers Tuesday, April 30: Power Failure At Forrester Creations Gives Hope Major PTSD Panic Attack – Memories of Tragic Baby Beth Loss Overtake Her With Grief
Hope will relive memories of Beth’s birth and death and even though we know baby Beth isn’t really dead, she doesn’t, and she has all the symptoms of a very stressed out grieving Mother. Her memories of being on Catalina Island in labor during the blackout will resurface and she will be terrified, forunately Thomas is there to offer a shoulder to cry on. During this blackout, she will let him in on a little secret, she will tell him that while she misses Liam and Kelly, that its really baby Phoebe that she misses most of all.

Hope thinks that her deep connection with Phoebe comes from the fact she is is Flo’s baby and that Flo is her cousin, but little will she or Thomas realize how deep the connection really goes. Thomas is glad that Hope is confiding in him and it would seem that his plan to reunite with Hope is coming along quite nicely. He has gradually been working his way into Hope’s life and the power outage is just too perfect an opportunity to pass up. He wants to break Hope and Liam up and has a plan to do so, so he will definitely use this situation to his advantage.
Shauna, Zoe, and Flo will have a collective heart to heart about the whole baby swap thing. Flo is wracked with guilt and can’t stand it anymore, she wants to go right then and tell Hope that her baby is alive. However, Zoe and Shauna, while they may not be the best of friends definitely agree on one thing, Hope cannot find out about this baby. While Flo would feel relief and Hope would be overjoyed to get her daughter back, the fallout would be substantial.
They sit down and make a list of pros and cons about keeping the secret (did the Friends episode “The One with the List” teach you guys nothing? Netflix, guys, netflix!) vs spilling the beans. Shauna and Zoe will advise keeping the secret, and while it looks like they might be successful in convincing her this time, Flo’s slowly starting to crack. If she hangs out with Hope much more, who knows what will happen?
