‘General Hospital’ spoilers impart that there’s gossip, avoidance, backlash, and second thoughts in Port Charles Tuesday. Just in case you missed General Hospital, let’s catch you up on the need-to-know details in your General Hospital run-down.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Gossip Girl
A very awkward meeting with Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), Nina Reeves (Michelle Stafford), Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), and Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) has Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) wondering more and more what’s up. She picked up on weird vibes after Nina announced her engagement to Valentin and that gossip sense is in high gear. She hilariously uses a compact mirror to spy and is even more disturbed. She and Peter August (Wes Ramsey) talk about it and realize there must be something that Valentin is hiding that would make him want to help Liesl. Maxie’s determined to get to the bottom of things for Nina’s sake. By the way, once Nina and Sasha have a minute alone, she strongly suggests her “mom” rethinks the marriage thing.

‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Face the music
That’s Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Bernard) advice for Spencer Cassadine (Nicolas Bechtel), who showd up at his house with Valentine’s treats. He wanted to get a feel for the situation with Grandma Laura Spencer (Genie Francis) before showing up at her place. Seems he’s worried about possible consequences of tampering with the voting. Sonny advises him that it’s never a good idea to let an enemy (Valentin) have something on you, so he’d better go ahead and come clean. And we just love this kid. He’s hilarious and adorable.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Backlash
Now that Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) is locked up, there are unintended consequences for Cameron Webber (William Lipton). He ends up in a fight at school because of things they’re saying about his mother for being with a serial killer. She fields some awkward questions from Jake Spencer (Hudson West) and Aiden Spencer (Jason David) that only kids can put out there before Drew Cain (Billy Miller) arrives to help out. He makes it very clear that, no, Grandma and Aunt Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan) aren’t liars. They’re just confused.

GH Spoilers: About time
While Laura is telling off Franco, Jordan and Curtis Ashford (Vinessa Antoine and Donnell Turner) are starting to rethink things. Drew had stopped by to remind her of how Franco hadn’t been able to kill in self-defense despite the potential victim having molested him. That should cast doubt on him being able to kill innocents, especially Kiki.
Doubts have certainly been cast and despite her earlier assertion that the license thing was different than the other planted evidence, she’s suddenly asking why he’d keep them in a place where people are all over. They talk about some other problems with Franco being their guy, but Jordan’s still going to throw the book at him. We’re assuming this is to keep Lulu safe and maybe lead their friendly neighborhood serial killer into a false sense of security.
Franco, meanwhile, seems to have Laura wondering when asserts that the things Not-Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) wrote about him show he’s not the person Franco thought. He also brings up the idea that Lulu possibly mixed up her memories of her recent attack with a past one he actually did commit.
