TLC 90 Day Fiancé Spoilers tell us that Erika posted in her instastories about the ill-fated dating app that Stephanie made her delete while they were on their previous date. It was Bumble, but a different side of Bumble. Instead of the dating app itself, Erika was using the networking portion which is called Bumble Bizz. Bumble Bizz can probably be used as a dating app, but it’s actually designed for business professionals to network together. So Stephanie may have jumped the gun a little there. Yes, it can definitely be used as a dating app and no doubt people have done that before but apparently bumble has several apps.
Apparently, people do make connections that are just business on the app without it being romantic. In fact, Kris Jenner used the app recently to find a new assistant. You might think it’s strange that a dating app is ‘masquerading’ as a business networking app, but the CEO Whitney Wolfe Heard, who was the co-founder of Tindr, said that forming a business networking app was always in the works. It fills a more niche market in the business sector because it is focused on forming relationships with local professionals in your area, not digging from a wider pool, which is what sites like linkedin do.

Now that we have this bit of the puzzle, we can definitely see where this would apply to Erika, seeing as she has expressed no real interest in moving because she is so into her work and she seems to get a lot of her work from this particular app. At first glance it does seem suspicious and at least she did comply with Stephanie’s wishes, but it looks like this dating app was actually pretty harmless.
If Erika had maybe shown her that, then perhaps Stephanie would have understood a bit better rather that irritatedly deleting it completely off her phone, but hey… the night went sour anyway even without the whole dating app fiasco. That seems to come from an entrely different issue than a dating app, that comes from Stephanie’s strange hot and cold personality, which I’m not sure I understand.
