This past weekend, Paolo took to her YouTube channel to post some more workout videos for her fans. She has quite a passion for fitness and it shows! She also posted on Instagram to really show off her body. Fans were shocked at how great she looks though!

On Instagram, Paola showed off her amazing body by posting a video of herself in the mirror. The caption for the post was, “Your strength is not measured by the size of your muscles.” In the video she is wearing pretty much nothing and showing off all of her curves and amazing abs. Her fans were quick to reply to this video.
One wrote, “After having a child I don’t know how you do it but you look amazing! I’m the biggest I’ve ever been and i need to follow your lead!” Another wasn’t quite so kind and wrote, “Is this why you post pictures of you working out all the time? Or is it just because you have a narcissistic personality?” One more fan also followed with a rude comment, “Used to like you on the show, even though you give Russ way too much grief usually. However you aren’t here advertising your services as a personal trainer, you’re doing nothing but showing off, it’s quite unbecoming, you’re full of yourself anymore. Unfollowing you – bye.”

Paola has now reached over a million followers and this is a huge accomplishment for anyone! She will continue to focus on helping her followers to stay fit and healthy and she does usually comment back to her followers who ask her for advice on losing the extra weight and gaining muscle like hers. Paola has gotten a lot of backlash for her beliefs on vaccines, the coronavirus, and eating vegan, but she stands by the idea of helping people around her to get healthier and to stay that way.
