’90 Day Fiancé’ spoilers tells that after a bunch of hearsay from Yazan’s gossip-y cousins, Yazan’s own Father is ready to straight up murder him. We’re not talking about the American Parent version of this term, we’re talking about honor killings.
This is what happens in Muslim culture when a child disgraces the family so bad that the family has to do something to save face, and sometimes that can turn dark… some families go as far as killing their own children in order to save face among their conservative communities. Yazan’s father told his younger brother that unless Yazan complies with their rules, that his Father will end up being his murderer.

That’s not something that a parent should ever tell a child. It’s one thing to cut a child off completely, like what he has done, plenty of people who aren’t religious conservatives do that ever day. However it’s another thing to want to control your child’s actions so much that you actively want to kill them for… what exactly?
To remain an upstanding ‘pillar of the community’? What exactly does that even mean in Muslim culture? What kind of image would you possible receive in exchange for the life of your first-born son? A first-born son that has done nothing wrong besides love a girl who happens to post bikini pictures on social media.
Yazan’s cousins are convinced from a few bikini pictures that both Brittany and Yazan act in pornographic films. I would just like to know what passes for porn in Jordan because if you’re making that assumption just based on bikini pictures then boy, the swimsuit section of any catalog must be verboten to you.
Yes, Brittany’s bathing suits are skimpy but it’s a bit of a reach to think that just because she dresses a certain way means that she’s acting in porn films. And according to Brittany, Yazan is a virgin so the claim against him is baseless, going from her word alone. (Although I kind of have my doubts about that claim but I’ll digress, for now.)
Culture or not, these people seriously need to calm down. There’s no need for anyone to be dying over a relationship on a reality TV show. I’ll be glad to see these two break up if only to see each of them survive to be healthy and happy! Stay tuned!!!
