TLC 90 Day Fiancé Spoilers: Before the 90 Days – What Happened With Geoffrey Paschel and Varya?

TLC 90 Day Fiancé Spoilers: Before the 90 Days is asking if you remember that huge fit that Geoffrey Paschel pitched when he found out that Varya was talking to other Americans? Well, before he gets all bent out of shape he needs to check himself before he wrecks himself. He was all up in Varya’s grill concerned about how she has not been truthful with him and how she’s just using him for a greencard and all this stuff which, if he were a millionaire I could see as a valid concern but Geoffrey is far from a millionaire so I don’t think he has to worry about Varya using him for resources just to get a greencard.

So Varya apologizes for not being truthful and promises that it’s only him that she has been talking to romantically and the other Americans are just friends and Geoffrey is successfully placated but then he turns to the camera and confesses, the moment that Varya’s gone, that he’s glad she was truthful with him because now he can be completely truthful with her and make his confession that he’s previously been in jail.

TLC 90 Day Fiancé Spoilers: Before the 90 Days – So what were you waiting on, Geoffrey? 

I was under the impression that Varya already knew Geoff’s past, that he had been completely upfront with her. He had told her about his past relationships and his children, but yet and all… he hasn’t told her that he’s been in jail? What was he waiting on? Was he waiting on her to be honest and come clean about everything first and then he would come clean? Sorry buddy but that’s not how it works. I think Geoff’s relationship is in danger now more than ever because a prison record is a hell of a thing to hide from a gal. Seriously, just what was he waiting on?

I don’t think that’s very fair to Varya. She probably didn’t sign on for someone with a criminal record. If he had been open and honest at the beginning of their relationship like he gave the impression that he was, then I would almost be rooting for these guys as a couple. But he really showed himself at that dinner, he went into insecure almost abuser mode at the dinner table and I expected the argument to escalate into more of a physical altercation than it actually did, Varya’s male friend looked like he was ready to throw hands. (And if he had I wouldn’t exactly blame him.) So what was Geoffrey waiting on? And why is there such a double-standard among these couples, just because you happen to be from a foreign country doesn’t automatically mean that you’re dishonest and just want to be with that person for a green card. Some immigrants have no interest in coming to the US at all, just throwing that out there for the people in the back. Stay tuned!!!
