TLC 90 Day Fiancé spoilers finds that we saw Anna Campisi and Mursel Mistanoglu get engaged and married. There were many things that seemed off with this relationship and one of them was that Mursel’s parents didn’t believe that he should marry a woman that has children. His religion came up quite a lot in this relationship and it was pretty tough to watch at times. Now, Mursel is speaking out about what really happened with his parents.

TLC 90 Day Fiancé Spoilers: Mursel’s Parents Give Him Their Blessings

When Anna gave Mursel an ultimatum, he had no other choice than to tell his parents about Anna’s sons. They were not happy and they asked him immediately to come home and call off the wedding. Anna thought this was it for them. She cried at the airport when he left for Turkey asking him not to leave, but he never looked back and boarded his plane. The great news is that he did come back to Nebraska and get married, but it wasn’t easy for him.

TLC 90 Day Fiancé Spoilers: Mursel Speaks Out

Mursel’s parents did change their minds about Anna and finally gave him their full blessings to wed her. Anna’s oldest son told his mother that he would not be at the wedding and stood his ground on how much he dislikes Mursel and Anna’s whole relationship. This was heartbreaking for Anna, but she went on with the wedding, with or without him. One of her other sons, Leo, asked Anna why Mursel just couldn’t say no to his parents and she cried and cried at his question.

Mursel recently talked to Shaun Robinson about how he felt during this time. He just knew he couldn’t stand up to his strict parents and had to talk to them face to face about it. “I went through a difficult process here. I was all alone here, had no one to talk to. I mean, I was in a very bad place. I couldn’t communicate with anyone. Everyone speaks in English. I don’t speak it at all. There is no one to tell me what to do either.” Mursel then told Robinson that he should have just been clear with his parents at the very beginning and none of this pain would have happened.
