‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) may propose to Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) in an unexpected way. All indications point to Billy and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) parting up soon, so Billy may be eager to depart.
In the aftermath, Billy will most certainly secure a hotel suite at The Grand Phoenix. While Billy may argue that crashing there isn’t a big deal, Chelsea may disagree. After Billy and Lily call it quits, Chelsea will definitely feel some feeling of culpability. Chelsea will also ponder on her own troubles and be concerned that Billy will be alone in his grief.
‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Will Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) Move In With Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan)?
This might easily lead to Chelsea providing Billy with a temporary residence. Chelsea may be able to persuade Billy to stay with her, even if only for a night or two as he grips with the news of his divorce. Chelsea may act as if Billy is doing her a favor because she is still rehabilitating herself. She may believe they can amuse and console each other.
Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) doesn’t stay at Chelsea’s every night, so Billy might be able to arrange his departure before he returns. Connor may even go on a long school trip in the new year just so Y&R can get him out of the way. Chelsea and Billy’s friendship might be modernized and expanded into a more romantic realm. Of course, this living situation has the potential to become permanent in the future. If the program continues Billy and Chelsea as a fresh couple, they might be able to build a real future together. Regardless, Chelsea will want to thank Billy for his kindness. Maybe Chelsea will argue that the least she can do is let Billy stay with her while he grieves over Lily.
