‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that sometimes dying your hair can be a pain in the butt, and the color on the box doesn’t always match once it gets in your hair. This happens to everyone, including Michelle Stafford (Phyllis Summers)!
She explained that with the very intense COVID-19 protocols at work, it’s been challenging to get her hair down and colored. So, she did it herself. However, it didn’t turn out exactly how she was thinking.
“Ok… well sometimes I get it right and other times I get it wrong. Did my color myself…as you can see. THIS is a wrong time. This time (in the world) is just a little challenging with our very intense Covid protocols at work. Kids being out of school for summer (possibly the entire year again, don’t get me started) and other “stuff”. So I did my color myself. All of my amazing hair expert homies are here. I know, I know guys. But I tried???“

Her hair ended up with some interesting colors in it and didn’t turn out how she was thinking. Though, at least she tried. One fan commented, “Ohhh I’d love Sally to snap at Phyllis about a bad dye job. That would be epic! Lol,” to which Stafford replied, “the only prob is Phyllis would never have a bad dye job… michelle on the other hand…”
