According to Soaps in Depth, Michelle will be making the transition from General Hospital to The Young and the Restless beginning on June 1st. However, it won’t be an easy one to make. That’s because it seems as though the writers are doing whatever they can to make Phyllis Summer looks like the most hated woman on daytime television. Now, no one knows if this is personal or if they are planning some kind of new twist for Phyllis in the future. Either way, it will be an uphill battle and one that Michelle needs to be prepared to take.

For the last several episodes, Phyllis has burned herself in more ways than one. Not only has she been accused of trying to break her daughter Summer Newman’s (Hunter King) marriage to Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), but she’s also admitted to being broke, desperate and at the bottom of her own barrel. She needs finances to jump start her new business venture, but Jack (Peter Bergman) isn’t willing to give her the time of day. What’s more, it seems as though everyone has turned their back on her, including her lover Nick (Joshua Morrow) and her own daughter Summer.
