‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Nate Hasting (Sean Dominic), who has grown extremely egotistical, continues to oppose Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) whenever he gets the chance. He has some serious motivation behind him, so it might not be all him.
Imani Benedict (Denise Boutte), who follows him seemingly everywhere, pressures him to compete with Devon and establish himself in the business world. Nate persists in going against the grain and following her advice despite the fact that this has already led to a number of problems.

These cousins have already engaged in numerous instances of fighting, but this one might be the last. Devon is getting sick of Nate acting like he has it all together. Despite the fact that Nate had some good suggestions, they are both wrong. Devon won’t give Nate a chance to really pitch anything, so Nate has been working behind Devon’s back to try to get things done. Every time Nate thinks he has a plan, Devon enters and thwarts it completely.
Even Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) is now siding with Devon, which only makes Nate angrier and more determined to exact revenge on them. Nate can actually go behind their backs and try to make something happen with Imani’s assistance, but things will get messy.
Fans reacted to Imani and Nate saying, “Denise Bouette did a great job playing Imani.”, “Don’t listen to her Nate she’s gonna get you in trouble don’t be a fool”, “When did Nate become this naive and egotistic when it comes to being in control especially with his cousin Devon.
