The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) obsession over Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) is pushing the only person who’s seemingly been in his corner away from him every moment he continues pursuing.

To make matters worse, the entire reason he’s pursuing the background information on Ashland is that he wants to “protect” Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and clearly still loves her and is jealous that Ashland is with her. This was even point out by Ashland Locke himself when he walked in on Billy and Lily’s conversation about it.

‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) And Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) Are Heading For Disaster

Billy and Lily were an odd matchup from the start, and many viewers still aren’t on the bandwagon for these two. They’re polar opposites and with Billy still being this obsessed with Victoria, this relationship is pointed straight for disaster. I’m honestly kind of surprised that Lily hasn’t given him the boot already! Especially after everything he’s been doing! This is about as bad as Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) and Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) relationship!

We haven’t seen it yet, but I’m sure Lily and Billy break up before the end of this year. I don’t see how they’re going to get past this. While Lily has been a saint and very patient with Billy, just how much more can she take?

Unfortunately, they’re also business partners and work together every day of the week. Would Lily or Billy continue on at Chancellor Communications or is there a chance that they could continue to work together after a relationship like theirs?

At this point, I think it’s just a matter of when it happens and not if it happens.

What do you think? Are Billy and Lily going to break up anytime soon? Let us know in the comments below.
