‘The Bold And The Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers show that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) will reappear, awaiting news of his fate. Because Thomas is still unsure about his future at Forrester Creations, the next FC board meeting will have a lot riding on it.
Thomas was thriving as the head designer for Hope Logan’s (Annika Noelle) line prior to the devastating CPS call. Thomas may recall Hope and Thomas’ recent Hope for the Future fashion event, which was a big success. Of course, Hope can’t face the notion of working with Thomas any longer, so that could also be a factor. There are plenty of other ways for Thomas to contribute, but dropping him from her line is a risk.
Nonetheless, Thomas will be hoping for the opportunity to stay. Thomas will make an emotional case for his continued involvement in the family enterprise. Thomas will definitely feel some remorse for framing Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and duping Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye). Ridge would not consider keeping Thomas unless he exhibited regret for his conduct.

In the grand scheme of things, Thomas will consider this as a minor misstep. Even with this obvious CPS bombshell, Thomas will hope that matters, because he has done far worse in the past and has made some positive changes overall.
After Thomas has had the opportunity to speak, the FC board will make a decision. There will be some surprises in who votes to keep Thomas and who decides to fire him. Ridge appears to hold the deciding vote, therefore the vote will be tied. That should make Thomas uneasy, given that Ridge appeared to be ready to terminate him earlier.
After being rejected by both Brooke and Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen), Ridge received some tough love. Will Ridge fire Thomas and give him harsh love because he realized he needed to be a better man? That is one consideration, but Ridge may also show mercy.
The termination of the CPS call plot was a blessing in disguise because it revealed Ridge’s inability to commit to one lady. Ridge may keep Thomas on probation now that he understands the importance of working on it. Ridge might give Thomas another chance and warn him not to blow it.
