Elizabeth Lyn Vargas, from The Real Housewives of Orange County, has revealed how she no longer sees eye to eye with her co-star Braunwyn Windham-Burke.

This all emerged after Elizabeth confided in Braunwyn about her experience of being brought up in a religious cult, to which Braunwyn replied by hiring a private investigator into Elizabeth’s past. When speaking to Us Weekly, Elizabeth went on to say how she felt Braunwyn was insensitive:
“When I found out she was doing all that stuff, I said, ‘That’s her addict. And so as the time went on, I kind of realized she didn’t care about what just happened to me. It doesn’t even matter to her because it didn’t do anything for her, and that’s when the narcissism came out. I was, like, now I’m getting PTSD watching this woman trying to run me over for her fame.”
But her grievances go beyond and extend towards Braunwyn’s treatment of others. She added: “I have a problem with how she treats others, and I realized all through this season, I cannot help her. I’m her target now because I’m the one who knows her the best. So I thought if she needs me to be her target, that’s fine if it heals her heart, but I don’t think it’s doing anything.”
And Elizabeth may have a point as other stars have questioned whether Braunwyn is all that genuine. One housewife, Kelly Dodd, queried whether Braunwyn’s sobriety was legitimate. She told Us Weekly: “I think that she’s sober from alcohol. Sobriety takes many different forms and believe me, I’ve been through this with my family. You need to be sober from everything, that’s called sobriety.”
She then appeared on What Happens Live With Andy Cohen and said: “I think that her whole sobriety thing is contrived, and I think it’s fake. I don’t think that she had seven kids so she could ‘not drink’ and I know her well enough that this was a pre-plotted thing that she wanted to do to get her own show.
“She wanted to get her own show; her talent agent told her to stop drinking. It’s all contrived. I don’t believe that she is a real alcoholic, no. You’ll see it after on at the end of the show, what happens. It’s really good.” It looks like Braunwyn has lost another housewife.
