Prince William and Kate Middleton are showing they will make the ideal King and Queen. Their appearances last week demonstrate that the couple is not only hard-working and persistent but also poised and prepared as the future of the monarchy.
Princess Kate Was Hands-On Planning Every Detail Of The “Together At Christmas” Service
Royal expert Richard Eden said,
“I really do feel we have had a glimpse of the future this week.”
Princess Kate was in her element last week at her Christmas carol concert.
Kate’s event united people, as love and empathy were the themes. She looked every bit the picture of elegance dressed in her smart and sophisticated Alexander McQueen scarlet coat.
Princess Kate was hands-on, as she had diligently organized and meticulously planned every aspect of the service. Several royals were in attendance, including William and Kate’s children, George, Charlotte, and Louis.
Kate has been through a lot this year, as she was diagnosed with cancer and underwent chemotherapy, and is now cancer-free. In September, the Princess shared that she completed treatment.
The Princess of Wales has illustrated her resilience with her slow and measured return to her royal duties. Kate commented on her experiences this year,
“I didn’t know this time last year it was going to be the year I just had.”
She continued,
“The unplanned, but I think lots of people this year have had such challenging times and many who are here today.”
Meanwhile, last weekend, the ceremony for the reopening of Notre Dame was held in Paris, France. William shook hands with several world leaders and discussed US-UK relations with US President-elect Donald Trump.
Trump described William as “very handsome” and a “good man.” In light of King Charles’ cancer diagnosis, William has taken on more responsibilities.
Prince William Aims To End Homelessness
Homelessness, environmentalism, and mental health are all important causes to William. His Homewards initiative, which tackles the social issue of homelessness head-on, is just one example of how William has taken his role as the Prince of Wales to the next level by boldly and ambitiously ending the plight of homelessness.
Richard Eden expressed his enthusiasm with William and Kate, as they’ve been a reliable, stable presence for the people of Britain. He said guiding the royal family and exhibiting leadership is “very encouraging.”
Since returning to work, Kate has participated in several prominent royal engagements. In November, Kate made her first presence in months at the Festival of Remembrance. She accompanied William, who placed a comforting hand on her back to reassure her. The next day, she attended the Remembrance Sunday service at Cenotaph in London.
Royal expert Charlotte Griffiths is impressed with how stately Princess Kate has been, even after a tumultuous and challenging year.
“She’s a real Queen in waiting, I think, and she’s always had such amazing poise, great fashion sense, and she’s just grown into the job so well,”
Griffiths exclaimed.
