Netflix ‘The Crown’ Spoilers: Netflix Might Extend Series To Show Prince William And Prince Harry As Adults

Netflix ‘The Crown’ spoilers say there’s a chance that Netflix might extend the much-hyped and talked about series beyond season six to show Prince William and Prince Harry as adults. As a matter of fact, royal expert and author Omid Scobie recently said there are talks going on behind the scenes with Netflix to help extend the series. Here’s what you need to know.

Speaking on his Heirpod podcast, Omid, who is the author of the controversial Prince Harry and Meghan Markle book, Finding Freedom, says that he has been hearing “rumblings” over the possibility that The Crown might bring Prince William and Kate Middleton’s adult lives to the small screen.

Omid said, “Real Housewives of Orange County News: Kelly Dodd’s Mother In The Hospital Covid-19, “’I have heard rumblings that there is talk within Netflix about the possibility of whether the show can be extended.”

If this turns out to be true, this means that series creator Peter Morgan might have had a recent change of heart. He said just last month that he’s happy to have ended the series during Torny Blair’s term in 2007, as Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s story certainly isn’t over yet. As a matter of fact, some would say that it has only gotten started. “The Meghan and Harry story is nowhere near over yet,” he explained. “And I’m happy that I’m never going to write it.”

In an interview with Town & Country, Morgan said that at first, he and his production team weighed in on how they would handle Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s relationship, engagement, marriage and ultimately, Megxit from the royal family. However, there are now reports that say the last season will focus on the administrations of John Major and Tony Blair. Seeing how Tony Blair’s term as Prime Minister ended in 2007, that is a decade before Harry and Meghan met in 2016, which means that fans won’t be seeing any of the Megxit drama playing out on the show.
