NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers reveal we still don’t know a lot about Gwen (Emily O’Brien). In fact, we haven’t even had confirmation of her full name. Some believe that points to a connection to Vincent Belman (Michael Teh), who only recently got a last name. So, what is her deal? Let’s take a look at a possibility, as well as why Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will have a lot of apologizing to do.

The writers are taking their time with Gwen. ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers reveal the only things we know about her are she fled her ex, Jake Lambert (Brandon Barash).
She also fakes insanity to stay at Bayview, then quickly wormed her way into the DiMera mansion after Jake learned he’s a DiMera. Now, we also know she’s the one who drugged Abigail. But why? And what’s she got to gain by doing it again?

We believe the rumors she and Vincent are related are correct. In fact, we think Vincent got her to drug Abigail as a bit of a test run for giving it to Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson). However, she tried a second time after Abigail Deveraux (Marci Miller) returned.
This says to us that she’s got other motives—at least, now. We think that’s Chad. Without Jake, she has no connection to the DiMera money. So, why not latch on to the next available ri—er, candidate? Abigail’s return is a threat to that.
Of course, her plan might yet backfire. Abigail got called away before she drank the other glass Gwen drugged. And last we saw it, the glass was just sitting in the living room. There’s a chance someone else will take that drink.
Obviously, this will be a problem for Gwen, as that exposes the drugging is still going on. There’s no Gabi DiMera (Camila Banus) to blame it on now, so who do you think will be everyone’s suspect? She’d best get rid of that now and forget the idea of messing with Abigail.
She’s got a sweet deal with Chad allowing her to stay, so rocking the boat seems pointless. Unless, of course, there’s a deeper conspiracy going on we have yet to see. Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay) was on the phone last we saw, and he was scheming.

If she manages to drug Abigail again, or does anything like that, Chad better start practicing his begging now. Letting a threat into their home should be a hard to forgive thing. Especially since they have children in the home as well.
