Things start off with what seems like a potentially awkward moment. It seems Abe Carver (James Reynolds) and Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) have a heart-to-heart about Lani Price (Sal Stowers). We imagine they come across each other in town, because it’s very unlikely for Abe to be on the guest list. How strange would that be? The last time they talked about Lani, things didn’t go well. ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers indicate Eli didn’t hide his bitter feelings toward Lani. We wonder if Abe uses a chance encounter to mend fences a bit.

Tuesday, The Valentine’s wedding begins. ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers indicate this ceremony will end badly. Possibly with an arrest. We know Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) is supposed to have another incident. It’s possible Gabi will set off her app of death by mistake again. This time, in front of a huge audience. If it does play out that way, we’ll be a bit disappointed. We’ve loved Gabi the villain, and we think if she’s got to take a fall, it shouldn’t be a simple, stupid one. We’d also like to see the rest of this town own their part in making her who she is today. Just because we’re responsible for our own actions doesn’t mean others around a person aren’t as well.

In other news, you can’t have a Valentine’s episode without some romance. You know, of the non-doomed variety. To that end, we’ll see Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and Abigail Deveraux (Kate Mansi) share a romantic moment. Looks like they’ll be taking advantage of having the DiMera property to themselves, since Eli and Gabi will be otherwise occupied.

Finally, we get to a Darwin Awards moment. It seems that romantic time we mentioned might be planned for the future home of Chabbi. Teasers for the day hint that Chad discovers Ciara and Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) at the gatehouse. That one lasted about two seconds. Ciara should hang up the hero hat while she has a chance to bow out gracefully. Because she sure inherited her mom’s questionable intelligence. The question remains, will Chad keep this secret? We’ll have to wait and see. Personally, we expect him to tell Abbi and she’ll talk him out of saying anything. We do believe she questioned Ben’s guilt at one point, too.
