For fans of the TLC hit show, My 600-Lb Life, we know it will be back in the new year, but fans have really started asking what happened to the cast members from previous seasons. One of these cast members is Olivia Cruz. She appeared in the second episode of the second season.

When she came to Dr. Now, she was in a lot of pain because of her weight. She knew that she must get her life back to lose weight and came in very motivated. Olivia quickly became a fan favorite and it looks like she is making all of her dreams come true these days.

My 600-Lb Life: Where is She Now?

Olivia did her best to stay motivated, but we all have seen just how tough it can be on cast members. Dr.Now isn’t easy on them because it is his job to make sure they lose enough weight to qualify for weight loss surgery. She told Dr. Now, “I’m a prisoner in my own body. My weight is killing me.”

Olivia was ready to make big changes in her life and she knew that diet and exercise would be part of those changes. With the help of Dr. Now, she was able to accomplish a lot more than she ever thought possible.

When she joined the show, she was 46 years old and weighed in at 578 pounds. She was pretty much immobile when she sought Dr. Now’s help and had been “in and out of the hospital” because of her health and her weight. It was time for her to get everything in her life back in place and she wanted to start over no matter how old she was. This was her dream, among many and she was able to start over with the help of Dr. Now.

Olivia had always turned to food to find comfort and that was what led her to become obese. She was ready to change her life and she was able to do so with Dr. Now’s help. By the end of her time on the show, Olivia had lost so much weight that she end up at 250 pounds!

Now she has accomplished her dreams of becoming a chef and has started her life again. Her fans are so proud of her for accomplishing her goals and following her dreams. We will continue to keep an eye on her social media accounts to find out what she does next in life.
