A former employee of Sean “Diddy” Combs has filed a lawsuit alleging a litany of disturbing accusations, including sexual assault, sexual harassment, sex trafficking, and forced labor.
The lawsuit, filed by Phillip Pines, paints a disturbing picture of life working for the music mogul, alleging he was coerced into participating in and assisting with sexually exploitative behavior.
According to the lawsuit, Pines, who worked for Combs from 2019 to 2021, was tasked with setting up and cleaning up after lavish “Wild King Nights” – orgies that allegedly took place in hotel rooms.
These events, Pines claims, involved the use of drugs, alcohol, and sex toys, with Combs instructing him to provide a range of items, including “baby oil, sex machines, red lights, alcohol, illegal drugs, ice buckets, lube, and even honey packs for male libido.”

Pines further alleges that he was not only expected to facilitate these events but was also coerced into participating in sexual encounters with women while Combs watched. This, according to the lawsuit, constituted a form of sexual exploitation and abuse of power.
The lawsuit also details an incident where Pines was forced to work in close proximity to Combs despite the rapper being infected with COVID-19 in November 2020.
Combs’ legal team has vehemently denied all allegations, stating, “No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone – man or woman, adult or minor.”
This lawsuit adds to the mounting legal troubles facing Combs, who is currently incarcerated at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center awaiting trial on racketeering, fraud, and sex trafficking charges.
