We heard about Jamie Spears trying to squeeze one last 2 million out of Britney’s estate before leaving the conservatorship for good but what is relatively new is Britney’s Mom, Lynne Spears now demanding payment for her own legal fees out of Britney’s conservatorship to the tune of just under $650,000.
(That is with a generous 40% discount, otherwise they would be asking for over $850,000) When did Lynne Spears need any legal work done? Apparently back in 2019 she tried to join the conservatorship as an interested party and had her own legal counsel act on Britney’s behalf in order to eventually end the conservatorship.

However the lawyers that she hired didn’t really seem to be interested in doing anything but charging more fees to Britney’s estate which is why we’re here now. Apparently they can do this since there were services rendered on Britney’s behalf and they were the ones handling it until Britney was granted the right to hire her own attorney just a few months ago.
Matthew Rosengart, Britney’s current attorney says that Britney’s estate was mismanaged and so far there seems to be absolutely no luck in getting any financial records out of Jamie Spears, he wants to vut and run, but that may not be possible for him. We’ll know on Nov. 12th whether or not Britney’s conservatorship is ended or not because that’s when the trial is.
So where are Britney’s mismanaged funds? Perhaps one should ask Lou M. Taylor because it would seem her company, Stonebridge, got a hefty sum piped in shortly after Britney’s net worth went down from over $300M to just $60M.
People were wondering where on earth all of her money went to and just assumed that because she wasn’t touring or releasing music that her net worth went down, but the sudden depletion if her fortune just didn’t make sense. So maybe, just maybe, Lynne Spears is barking up the wrong tree and should go after Lou M. Taylor instead since she seems to have the lion’s share of the money. Stay tuned!!!
