Love Island news fans have watched on as one of their favourite couples from the 2019 edition have split up over recent weeks. Fans were stunned that Maura Higgins and Curtis Pritchard called time on their relationship, and there seems to be a layer of bad blood between the pair after there have been claims of cheating during the relationship.
The couple shocked fans of the reality show last summer, when they made the decision to couple up. Fans were stunned that they decided to test their romantic relationship, as many believed that Curtis was happy in his couple with Amy Hart. However, it would seem the relationship was the right decision at the time, but the fallout since their break-up has been intense.

Maura and Curtis revealed in March that they had split up. The reports were followed up by a number of rumours that claimed the couple had a number of huge rows and various public bust-ups. Fans were also stunned to see that there were rumours of cheating, and now it has been revealed that Curtis doesn’t feel like he is in the right frame of mind to begin dating again.
Curtis has revealed in a recent interview that he was shocked that they made the decision to split up, and revealed that he wished he was given more time to process the news before sharing the updated relationship status with the millions of Love Island fans. He admitted he was shocked that Maura put an update regarding their relationship on social media just hours after deciding to call it quits.
Love Island News: Curtis Against Dating Apps
In the same interview, Curtis revealed that he doesn’t believe that he will be signing up for a dating app or appearing on a dating show again for the foreseeable future. He revealed that he believes that he is more old fashioned than that and would prefer to meet somebody in person to begin a relationship.
Fans of the reality star could be about to see more of Curtis over the coming months and years however, as he revealed that he and his brother AJ are targeted national success and want to become a famous double act. They revealed that their dream job would be to become presenters that could challenge the UK’s Ant and Dec.
