During Kyle Rittenhouse’s long interview with Tucker Carlson, they spoke about everything from the night Kyle defended himself, to even his future plans. Kyle happily announced that he had been accepted into college at Arizona State University and that he is going for nursing.

However, he also half-joked about changing his major and going into law. Turns out he may want to be a lawyer, and after the experience he had, it’s not hard to see why he might be pulled into that direction. Take a look at the clip below which is just a 5-minute segment from the hour-long interview where Rittenhouse talks about his future plans.

Rittenhouse also spoke about the difficulties of trying to go back to a normal life after this situation, as he has to have protection around him because people want to kill him. He’s received death threats and recounts the terrible things that people have said,

“I’m at a place now where I have to have people with me because people want to kill me just because I defended myself, and they are too ignorant to look at the facts of what happened.“

Kyle has no plans to stay in the midwest and spoke about wanting to move to Naples, Florida before this happened, but now he’s not sure where he’s going to go. He said he wants to be able to go, lay low, and quietly live out the rest of his life.

It appears he’s not looking to gain any kind of fame out of this and is looking for a quiet, stress-free life now. Arguably, this trial shouldn’t have been as big of a nationwide news story as it was and seems to have only provided the fire of divide between the right and left of the political wings.
