Kate Middleton’s younger brother, James Middleton, shared an adorable video of him and his Labrador puppies on Instagram to celebrate National Puppy Day!

James Middleton Keeps Dogs To Help Him Cope With Depression

Ilsa is a sweet Golden Retriever pup who is relatively new to James’s furry family, which includes his wife, Alizee Thevenet, and little boy, Ingo.

James filmed himself with his dog, Ilsa, around a bunch of precious Labrador Retriever puppies. In the video, James exclaimed,

    “Happy National Puppy Day!”

The video was taken from his gorgeous country garden in Berkshire, England.

“With a pack of six dogs and multiple litters under my belt, check out the link in my bio for my best advice on welcoming your new puppy home.”

During the clip’s final moments, he hugged Ilsa and said,

“I don’t think you are a puppy anymore, are you?”

James is an avid dog lover who has kept dogs to help him cope with depression. He is even writing a book about his treasured Cocker Spaniel pup, Ella, who sadly passed away in January last year.

In an Instagram video, he announced that his book, “Meet Ella: The Dog Who Saved My Life,” would be published in September.

James has struggled for a long time with mental health issues. Ella helped him get through some really tough times.

James wasn’t sure if he would make it through, but he shared that Ella saved his life with her unconditional love.

He expressed his gratitude for having had Ella, “I was heartbroken, and we went on such a journey together from her first breath to her very last breath.”

Kate Helped James, And Now It’s His Turn To Help Her

James’s sister, Kate Middleton, also played an integral role in James’s recovery, as he vowed to be there for her the same way that she was there for him.

Kate helped her brother, James, through clinical depression.  Kate even went to therapy sessions with him. She was kind and patient with him, knowing that getting better is a process.

She offered support when he asked for it and space when he needed it. The two of them are very close siblings who come from a good family.

He considers himself very lucky to have siblings like Kate and Pippa, who were willing to see him through to the other side. Now, he has the chance to help Kate through her dark times.

The Princess of Wales was diagnosed with cancer and recently shared the news with the world in a video message. She has been undergoing treatment, and her supporters have flooded her with positive social media messages.

James took to Instagram and posted a never-before-seen photo of himself and his sister, Kate. They are children posing together in front of a mountain during a hiking trip.

Little Kate looks exactly the same as she does now. She has the same sweet smile and is perfectly lovely. James is standing in front of her, looking directly at the camera.

    In the caption, he wrote,

“Over the years, we have climbed many mountains together. As a family, we will climb this one with you, too.”
