Following the announcement that Alec Baldwin will be charged with involuntary manslaughter regarding the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, Hilaria Baldwin, his wife, stepped out wearing a distinctive top.

Alongside Alec, Hannah Gutierrez Reed, the armorer responsible for the weapons used on the film’s set, will face a charge of involuntary manslaughter and may receive an 18-month prison sentence. With that being said, Hilaria wanted to make her position very clear.
The 39-year-old chose a green sweatshirt featuring the word “Empathy” in all-capital letters and combined it with leather leggings, pearl-decorated slippers, and large sunglasses. And her support was reinforced by Alec’s attorney, Luke Nikas, who made it absolutely clear in no uncertain terms that his client was not liable.
In an official statement, Luke said: “Mr. Baldwin had no reason to believe there was a live bullet in the gun — or anywhere on the movie set. He relied on the professionals with whom he worked, who assured him the gun did not have live rounds.”
Much in the same way, Hilaria has also been through a lot during this period. The couple recently became parents for the seventh time, and discussed the difficult experiences they have gone through since the shooting incident.
Recently, some online users criticised Alec for being superficial after he requested his fans to follow his spouse on Instagram, so she could accumulate one million followers on her 39th birthday. The response on social media towards Hilaria’s actions was one of outrage.
Large numbers of people were of the view that she was coming across as hypocritical due to the couple’s apparent lack of remorse following Halyna’s passing. One person wrote: “Wow. Everyone, let’s show empathy to the cold blooded killer.
