‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers tease that Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) may have a double wedding. Hopefully, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) and Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will jump on the bandwagon.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Gregory’s ALS is Progressing
Sadly, due to his ALS and deteriorating condition, Gregory Chase‘s (Gregory Harrison) time is running out. The other day at the hospital, Gregory pulled his son’s fiancée aside to ask her to help him make his Christmas wish a reality.
He wants to be at his son Chase’s wedding when he marries the love of his life. Chase and Brook Lynn recently decided to move up their wedding date so that Gregory could see his son’s long-awaited nuptials.
We hope Gregory survives long enough to see Chase get married. In fact, we are wondering if Finn and Elizabeth will catch a little wedding fever and tie the knot themselves.
It would give Gregory great pleasure to see both of his sons blissfully happy and wed before he passes. Granted, Finn and Elizabeth may not be ready to take the next step just yet, but maybe they will decide when they see Chase and Brook Lynn’s storybook wedding.
With romance in the air, they will see the joy on Gregory’s face, and they may not be able to resist making his day even brighter.
The show gave us a huge hint with Violet Finn‘s (Jophielle Love) adorable reaction to Brook Lynn and Chase’s engagement.
Violet immediately tried convincing all the adults around her to get married already! When Brook Lynn, and Chase announced, Violet figured Finn and Elizabeth should also make it official.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Gregory is Living for the Day
While Finn and Elizabeth have probably been the slowest-moving couple in soap history, Finn may already be considering popping the question.
Unfortunately, Gregory’s condition seems to be progressing rapidly. He was admitted to General Hospital due to his collapse during a session of hot yoga.
Gregory was experiencing severe dehydration and exhaustion. When Finn came into the hospital room, he was taken aback.
All he saw was his father potentially getting worse, but Chase told him to stay positive. It would be hard to keep an upbeat attitude in that situation.
Naturally, Finn was skeptical but agreed to remain optimistic for both Gregory and Chase’s sake. This newfound understanding may foreshadow Finn’s proposal to Liz to ensure everyone involved, especially his father, keeps a positive outlook.
The doctor wanted him to stay longer in the hospital than just one night, but that’s all Gregory would agree to. He has solid New Year’s Eve plans he refuses to break.
Gregory is living for the day. He wants to experience everything he can while he still can before his ALS gets any worse.
He even plans skydiving with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn). If he’s well enough to freefall out of the plane, traveling through the air toward the ground, he should be able to make it through Chase’s wedding. It’s all a matter of perspective.
Gregory may still have some life left in him, and hopefully, he won’t be going anywhere until he sees Chase and Brook Lynn marry.
