‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers suggest that Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) pretends he’s changed and is a man of God, but he’s still the same evil monster he’s always been.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Elizabeth Baldwin Could Be Cyrus’s Next Target
Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) recently confronted Cyrus about killing his mother, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), at Charlie’s. Jason walked in as Cyrus was placing his hand on Danny’s shoulder in an effort to calm down the furious teen.
He made it clear to Cyrus that if he ever laid a hand on his son again, he would make sure no one would ever “find his body.”
Outside of Charlie’s, Cyrus tells his brother, Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight), that he has “seen enough violence” in his lifetime, and now he “just wants peace.”
But viewers know he’s either lying, delusional or worse. Cyrus killed Sam and Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) by administering them both a fatal dose of Digitalis.
He’s presumably killed other patients at General Hospital with the same drug, and he’s not done yet. He could even go after Jason, thinking Jason could be gunning for him.
Recently, Cyrus was lurking around at the hospital; he was leering at Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) with a murderous look in his eye.
He thinks that Liz was the one who broke into his room. He knows someone did because his Bible was moved out of place. We all know Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) was the one who went into Cyrus’s abode.
Right now, Liz and Lucky Spencer (Johnathan Jackson) are trying to prove that Cyrus is the one who killed these people.
Cyrus could very well go after them if he gets wind of them looking into him. However, if he discovers that Josslyn is the one searching around his home, he could go after her.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Joss Feigned An Apology And Cyrus Didn’t Believe Her
Joss is still grieving Dex, and she accuses Cyrus of ending his life in front of the whole police station. When Cyrus came into Bobbie’s, she feigned an apology to throw him off track, but it didn’t seem like Cyrus believed her as he watched her from outside through the window after he left.
Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) yelled at Cyrus the last time he was seen at General Hospital. He told him to leave and threatened to call the police if he ever returned.
He also reminded Cyrus that the Chief of Staff Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) banned him from entering the hospital.
Cyrus was livid, but he left, knowing Brad would call security and escort him out of the building.
Another option is for Brad to be a victim in another way. Cyrus could also implicate Brad in the murders that have occurred at the hospital, as Brad has access to drugs like Digitalis.
Anyone could be Cyrus’s next victim. Everyone in Port Charles is fair game. Not even Danny is safe from Cyrus. Fans have wondered what his endgame is with these murders.
We have to wonder if Cyrus’s motives are somehow misguided, and he truly believes he’s “doing God’s work,” or if he’s eliminating people because he’s simply evil and listening to his inner demons.
