‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers suggest that Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) and Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Cherie Jimenez) still love each other and do not want a divorce.
‘Days Of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Stefan And Gabi Can’t Get Past Their Issues
Stefan doesn’t think that he and Gabi have a way forward together. Stefan’s least favorite brother, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel), taunted him about him and Gabi sleeping together, and he told Stefan he would never be able to erase the image of him and Gabi from his mind.
Meanwhile, Gabi still struggles with Stefan’s infidelity with Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun). When Gabi came by the DiMera mansion after Stefan told her he was filing for divorce, he hoped she would tell him she wanted him back, but she had just stopped by to gather her things and split.
Gabi’s brother, Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering), tried to urge Gabi to give her marriage another chance so that “Stabi” could overcome their issues and be happy together again.
Stefan and Gabi are stubborn, and neither would likely want to make the first move. Once the divorce is final, will they be able to move on without each other?
Stefan is working at the bistro with Ava after Gabi fired her, and Gabi has started to get closer to EJ. However, Gabi’s other potential love interest is returning to Salem.
JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss) will make his first appearance when he officiates the wedding of Fake Abigail (AnnaLynn McCord) and Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn).
Gabi and JJ shared a strong bond after she saved him from ending his life years ago. Gabi helped him through a dark period in his life and never gave up on him. The two of them could end up together. At the very least, he could be a good source of support as she is devastated over her divorce from Stefan.
‘Days Of Our Lives’ Spoilers: “Stabi” Could Still Reconcile Before The Divorce Is Final
However, Gabi and EJ have fire-hot chemistry and might work together as a couple. He saved her life after crazy Connie Viniski (Julie Dove) planted a bomb in the not-so-secret room of the DiMera mansion.
Some fans would also like to see Stefan and Ava together. Both DiMera brothers are heroes, as Stefan saved Ava when Connie was about to stab her, getting stabbed himself in the process.
It would be difficult for Stefan and Gabi to open their hearts again to new romantic possibilities. So much so that they seem destined to gravitate back to one another.
Despite all their past mistakes, Stefan and Gabi don’t want to break up. Their tearful goodbye at the mansion was heart-wrenching.
Brandon Barash and Cherie Jimenez did a phenomenal job conveying their mutual anguish over having to walk away from each other.
Stefan and Gabi may always be the love of each other’s lives, and neither seemed so sure they wanted to end their marriage. “Stabi” could reconcile before the divorce is final.
Unfortunately, rumors are swirling that Brandon Barash may be out at Days soon. His exit story is said to involve Vivian Alamain (Louise Sorel). Hopefully, the “chatter” is untrue.
