Days of Our Lives spoilers indicate that there has been a lot of speculation about Tyler Christopher lately and whether or not he will be returning to Salem to reprise his role as Stefan DiMera. The actor announced late last year that he would be taking a break from daytime television to focus on some of his personal matters. Actor Brandon Barash has taken over as the new Stefan in town.

Many fans have taken to social media to wonder whether Tyler is looking to make a comeback in the coming months. Some have even sent the actor tribute videos, which he has definitely shown his appreciation for. He commented on one clip by saying, “You guys rock. I’ll be around.”

With that said, it doesn’t appear as though Tyler Christopher will be returning to daytime television anytime soon. The actor is taking some much-needed time for himself before taking the next step in his life. As a matter of fact, Tyler recently thanked his fans for all of the love and support they have shown him throughout the years. He wrote on his Twitter account, “Thank you EVERYONE for all the lovely messages of support for me personally and my 23-year daytime journey. Some of the pics bring back so many fond memories of my @GeneralHospital days. I mean…Nikolas has a 16th birthday party on air! Crazy fun! What a journey indeed.”
Now, whether or not Tyler will reprise his role on Days of Our Lives in the future remains to be seen. For now, it looks as though he is focusing on being the best version of himself, which matters the most. It’s without a doubt that while fans miss seeing him on the canvas, they are glad to hear that he’s prioritized his health and his well-being over everything else.
