He formed a real bond with Sarah and with the child and sees that slipping away when Eric finds out he is the father of the baby. By giving the illness to the baby, we are kind of bonding Eric and Sarah even more over the child. Is Xander gonna fight for Sarah? How does he do that when all she really has on her mind is this child right now?”

In other words, Xander might end up in murky waters if he doesn’t act fast. With Sarah in Boston with Eric and everyone worried about the baby, Xander knows that this is his moment to show the love of his life how he feels about her. But knowing what kind of checkered past Sarah Horton has and how she’s someone who can’t ever make up her mind when it comes to men, it will be interesting to see how she will react to all of this.
