Critics Say Meghan Markle Is ‘The Wrong Sort Of American’ For Prince Harry
According to Page Six, Lady Colin Campbell says that concerns were raised as soon as it was reported that Prince Harry was dating Meghan Markle back in 2016 and that wasn’t because of her race, but rather more about her personality.
Lady Colin says that there were some royals behind the scenes who hoped that this relationship would be nothing more than a “fling” as some looked to her as a “hustler” who would be nothing but trouble for the monarchy.
Lady Colin also says that there were too many cultural differences between Prince Harry and Meghan Markle and that Meghan might have “heavily spun” Harry under her spell while the two were still dating.
“She’s managed to convince him that any criticism of her is based upon race, and he’s so dumb that he has actually swallowed that line,” Lady Colin Campbell said, accusing Markle of “playing the race card.”
During their explosive tell-all with the Queen of all Media, Harry and Meghan went on the record to say that they felt like they were down in the dumps during their time at the palace.
Not only did they allege that there is a racist member of the royal family, but Meghan also said she felt suicidal while she was pregnant. If that weren’t enough, Harry alleged that his father Prince Charles cut him off but emotionally and financially.
