CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that after she left Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), she went for a bike ride on her Peloton. Hunter King (Summer Newman) took a hard ride yesterday for World Mental Health Day and says she definitely “shed a few tears”.
She made the post on her Instagram page, of herself, sitting on the Peloton bike. Take a look at her post below,
“Just got around to riding @fitxkendall @onepeloton World Mental Health Day ride. I sweat (a lot) and definitely shed a few tears. Mental health has been something I’ve struggled with for many years as I try to navigate depression as gracefully as I can. It’s not something I share much, and I’m not really sure why. I think a lot of times I feel ashamed for dealing with depression and anxiety. Even though I shouldn’t be…I think a lot of us feel that way. Maybe that’s why I feel compelled to share this now? To let others know that they aren’t alone. I’m learning how to try and accept and love myself even on the hard days and I hope you are too. It’s so important to check in with yourself and also with your loved ones. If you have a peloton and haven’t taken @fitxkendall WMHD class yet, I highly suggest it. Let’s all do our best to spread love, kindness and acceptance❤️”

CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Hunter King’s (Summer Newman) World Mental Health Day Ride
Many fans were thankful for her post and showed their appreciation in the comments. It turns out, her character came out of her in real life, and she was really just trying to bike away from Kyle.
