CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers are ready for things to escalate quickly this week as battle lines will be drawn and others prepare for a fight.
With so much potential for some fun, we’re hesitant to get too psyched up as they’ve had a habit of giving us underwhelming clashes. But we hope we’re wrong this time.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Into a corner
With so much happening this week, we think Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will start the week off trying to corner Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) and berate him for causing so much harm to his company and daughter.
Ashland will take the abuse as he has since his plan started coming apart and calmy state he loves Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), and that’ll infuriate Victor even more.
It’s only a matter of time until Victor blames Ashland for every woe the Newmans are dealing with, and it won’t surprise us if he refuses to hand over the money even if Ashland signs away any say to the company.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Filling Kyle in
It’s taken a while and a great deal of contemplation, but Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will finally call Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and let him know his mom is alive and well.
This should be a fun scene if we get to see Kyle’s part of the conversation as we can expect all sorts of emotions with the news of Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) returning.
This scene has the potential for so many feels if done right, and ‘Young and the Restless’ think it’s going to take some time, but Kyle will want to see him mom at some point.
He’ll have a boatload of questions to ask her, but knowing how Diane operates, we have a feeling she’s going to have a reception all planned for his arrival in Genoa City.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Phyllis calls the bluff
When Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) decides someone’s an enemy, and when that someone has wronged her as often and viciously as Diane she’s even more intent to destroy her.
Phyllis won’t waste any time in standing her ground and meeting the threat head on as she’ll discover Diane’s staying at her hotel and will challenge her.
Of course, we doubt Diane would’ve chosen the Grand Phoenix had Phyllis not been the owner, so we think she’s got something planned and that’s what going to set Phyllis off.
