CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers Tuesday, February 18 reveal that Phyllis Summers (Michele Stafford) is going to make her play for the Grand Phoenix. Now that she knows what happened in Las Vegas, she’s going to blackmail Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) to get to Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) and her stake in the hotel. Plus, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) wants to attend the Newman Gala, and Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) knows about her breast cancer!
It’s a big day for Phyllis! After overhearing what Adam did in Vegas she’s intent on using it against him. Last year she was swindled out of her stake in the hotel and it’s haunted her every day. Now she has something she can use to get it back! Phyllis confronts Chelsea about Adam. She tells her she’s going to help her unless she wants Adam to go to jail. Chelsea warns her about threatening Adam and says no one is going to jail. Phyllis tells her to say that to the woman missing her husband in Vegas!

CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers Tuesday, February 18: Phyllis Plans Her Takeover & The Newman Gala Begins!
Chelsea tells Phyllis to get to the point, what does she want. Phyllis wants 25% of the hotel back. Chelsea gets a call from Adam saying he got a suite. Chelsea goes up and tells Adam that he’d tell her about Vegas when she needed to know. She needs to know now. After finding out, she wants to be mad but fears Phyllis. Chelsea informs Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) that she’s selling her shares, to Phyllis. Abby is shocked. Chelsea tells her if she ever gets a chance, take Phyllis down! She’s coming for the whole thing.
Victor arrives at the Tower and looks at the elegant tables and Newman Enterprises sign. The guests begin to fill up. Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) checks in with Chelsea, he wants her to be happy. Sharon and Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) arrive as well and make “Phyllis” their code word to leave. Victor calls for everyone’s attention and welcomes them all to the 50th-anniversary celebration for Newman Enterprises. Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) grabs the mic and adds, “And the man behind it.” Victor booms, “Let the festivities begin!”
