CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) is done trying to help Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). It ended today when Sharon walked into Adam’s hotel room and saw Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz) standing inside. While so far, Sharon has been trying to help Adam with his memory, we’ve all been sitting on the edge of our seats waiting for it to go south.
It happened, however, it wasn’t what we were expecting. I think a lot of people were waiting for Sharon and Adam to have an affair, and what happened maybe worse! Now instead of having a real affair, there may be a rumor going around that they’re having an affair. However, should they be worried about Chance?

It’s taken until now for Sharon to realize that she probably shouldn’t be trying to help Adam. She’s officially quit helping him now, especially with the risk of Chance telling someone that they’re having a fake affair, she doesn’t want to risk losing Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso).
Is Sharon going to come clean about what was happening with Adam and the hotel or will she try to ignore it and let it fade? This leaves the door open for the rumor to spread about town and Rey finding out after the fact.
