CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers finds that even though there are some countries that are going in complete and total lockdown because of the Corona Virus, it looks like the daytime television world is not looking to cancel any events in the near future. Or at least not yet. As a matter of fact, several stars from the hit CBS soap ‘Young and the Restless’ are still planning to hold a fan event in Calgary next month. Here’s what you need to know.
A handful of stars from Genoa City including Sharon Case (Sharon Newman), Mark Grossman (Adam Newman), Kate Linder (Esther Valentine), Christian LeBlanc (Michael Baldwin), Bryton James (Devon Hamilton) and Brytni Sarpy (Elena Dawnson) are all planning to meet and greet their fans at a special event at The Westin Calgary on Sunday, April 5th. In fact, Sharon Case even shared the information on her Instagram account recently.

CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Cast Still Holding Fan Events Despite Corona Virus Fears
And while it doesn’t look like they actors will be shaking hands with any of their fans at the event (or at least we are hoping they don’t), their Canadian supporters are still very excited to see them live and in person. Quite a few commented on Sharon’s post with, “OMG I’ll actually be in Calgary that day visiting friends!! I’m going to get my tickets. I can’t wait to see all of you there,” along with, “You guys should drive up to Banff for a visit, while you in Calgary, if you haven’t been. Hope to see you in Vancouver again this summer.”
Another fan wrote, “I hope the Corona Virus fears doesn’t cancel this but I’m going to try my best to make it to this event. It would be my dream come true to see all of you.”
